摘要
探讨人性化护理干预在预防肿瘤术中病人压疮中的应用效果观察。方法：选取我科收治的肿瘤手术的患者100例进行分析，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组实施常规的护理措施，观察组实施人性化护理干预措施，比较两组患者的满意度及压疮发生率。结果：观察组患者在术中实施人性化护理干预措施后患者的满意度高于对照组，而压疮发生率为0.与对照组比较具有显著差异（P ＜0.05）。结论：对于肿瘤术中病人采取预防性的人性化护理干预措施，能够明显的降低压疮的发生率，提高护理质量以及患者满意度。
Abstract
To explore the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in the prevention of tumor resection in patients with pressure sore in the observation. Methods:analysis of 100 cases in our department were tumor operation, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the implementation of the control group routine nursing measures, the observation group in implementing the humanized nursing intervention, compared the incidence of patient satisfaction in the two groups and pressure ulcer. Results: Patients with the implementation of humanistic nursing intervention on postoperative patient satisfaction is higher than that of the control group, while the rate of pressure ulcer was 0 compared with the control group with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Taking the humanized nursing intervention for patients with tumor resection prophylactic, can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure sores, improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
