The analysis of the causes of cardiac surgery patients with respiratory tract infection and nursing countermeasures
to analyze and explore the causes of postoperative respiratory tract infection in patients with cardiac surgery, so as to make effective nursing countermeasures. Selection methods: from January 2010 to January 2014 in our hospital treated 1200 cases of patients with cardiac surgery, sum up the clinical data of patients with respiratory tract infection, this paper analyzes the reasons of infection, explore the effective measures. Results: the reasons of postoperative respiratory tract infection in patients with cardiac surgery way, engraftment bacteria infection, mediastinum infection of incision, and the pain and age. Conclusion: this paper analyzes the reasons of respiratory tract infection, discusses effective nursing measures for the prevention and treatment of postoperative respiratory tract infection in patients with cardiac surgery has important significance, is worth promoting clinicaly.
