Clinical studies antibiotic combination microwave treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease
To explore the use of antibiotics for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease combined with microwave therapy clinical results. Methods: selected from 2011-2013 hospital admissions acceptance of antibiotics to treat pelvic inflammatory joint microwave 58 patients, observation group, compared with 30 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease extracting conventional western medicine as a control group, mutatis mutandis, the evaluation of two clinical outcomes group. Results: 58 patients in the observation group, the total effective rate was 96.6%, compared to 73.3% in the control group had significant superiority (P <0.05). During treatment, the observation group 5 patients (8.6%) appeared symptoms, compared with 10.0% in the control group, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of pelvic inflammatory disease microwave combination therapy with antibiotics for treatment, to ensure that the clinical efficacy and safety, reliability is relatively satisfactory, is an effective way for future clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.
