Discussion pancreatic solid pseudopapilary tumor clinical features and treatment experience
To analyze pancreatic solid pseudopapilary tumor clinical features and diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 2011-2012 hospital admitted 100 patients with pancreatic solid papilary tumors were retrospectively analyzed false analyzed treatment. Results: 100 patients, 33 cases of pancreatic, pancreatic neck 39 cases, 28 cases of pancreatic tail. CCP 99 cases of 100 patients treated with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy in one case; postoperative folow-up work for 30 months, except for one case victim died, the remaining patients did not discover the phenomenon of tumor recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion: Pancreatic solid pseudopapilary tumor incidence of people with younger women, who have malignant potential, can be diagnosed by pathological diagnosis, clinical treatment after surgery can improve the prognosis of patients.
