比较右丙亚胺联合 CHOP 方案治疗老年侵袭性非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选取2010年1月～2012年12月我院收治的54例老年 NHL，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组32例。治疗组患者给予右丙亚胺联合 CHOP 方案治疗，对照组给予 CHOP 方案治疗。比较两组患者的临床总有效率和不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为77.6%，对照组临床总有效率为76.5%，比较无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）；两组患者心电图异常发生率、TnT-I 和心电超声 Tei 指数均有所增加，但治疗组显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组患者的非心脏不良反应如血白细胞减少、血小板减少、恶心、呕吐等发生情况均差异不大（均 P ＞0.05）。结论右丙亚胺联合 CHOP 方案治疗老年侵袭性非霍奇金淋巴瘤与单用 CHOP 方案比较，联合使用右丙亚胺和 CHOP 方案治疗老年侵袭性 NHL 的临床疗效显著，且可以显著降低其心脏毒性，值得临床推广应用。
Elderly right c imine joint CHOP regimen for aggressive clinical effect observation of non-hodgkin's lymphoma
objective to compare the right c imine joint CHOP regimen for elderly aggressive non-hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Methods from January 2009 to January 2009, our hospital 64 cases of elderly NHL, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Treatment group patients give right c imine combined therapy with CHOP plan, the control group given CHOP solution treatment. Compare two groups of patients with the clinical total effective rate and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results the total effective rate in the treatment group was 77.6%, control group, the total clinical effective rate was 76.5%, and there was no significant difference (P > 0.05); two patients were abnormal rate of ECG, TnT-I ECG and echocardiography Tei index were al increased, but the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); non cardiac adverse reaction two groups of patients such as leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, nausea, vomiting and other occurrence are not significantly different (P > 0.05). Conclusions dexrazoxane combined with CHOP regimen in the treatment of elderly invasion compared with the single CHOP scheme of non Hodgkin lymphoma, clinical curative effect of combined use of dexrazoxane and CHOP regimen in the treatment of elderly patients with aggressive NHL significantly, and can significantly reduce the cardiac toxicity, it is worthy of clinical application.
