Analysis LISS plate applications in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture treatment
To investigate the application value of LISS plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:Selected 158 cases of patients accepting surgery treatment of tibial plateau fracture in our hospital. Patients were numbered according to patient treatment order and randomly divided into control group (79 cases) and treatment group (79 cases), administered to the control group bynormal anatomic plate fixation and to the treatment group by minimaly invasive internal fixation with LISS plate. Observed the indicators of two groups, like operative time, blood loss, fracture healing time, complication rate, knee joint freedom of movement and other indicators, and analyzed statisticaly and comparatively.Results:There were no obvious differences of operative time, blood loss, fracture healing, hospitalization time between two groups, which were not statisticaly significant (P>0.05); The incidence of complications oftreatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.06% vs.16.46%), while its knee DOF (129.71±16.92)° and excelent rate (94.94%) were significantly higher than those of control group(101.47±14.28)° ,(84.81%), the above differences between two groups were statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of tibial plateau fractures, minimaly invasive treatment of LISS plate is exact, safe and effective with fewer complications, the prognosis and functional recovery of the knee are good, it is worthy of promotion.
