To investigate the effect and value of application of high quality nursing care in the clinical nursing of respiratory department of internal medicine. Methods: according to the analysis of 120 cases Respiratory Department of internal medicine patients treated in our department, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group to promote the quality of nursing, the control group received the routine nursing, clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared; results: observation and nursing satisfaction, patients in basic nursing quality and nursing service ability score was significantly better than the control group, significant differences (P < 0.05) with clinical comparability; conclusion: high quality of nursing care in the clinical nursing of respiratory department of internal medicine, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and high patient satisfaction.
