To observe the clinical effect of Pingchuan Mixture in the treatment of children with asthma. Methods: 110 cases of asthma were randomlydivided into observation group and control group, each group of 55 cases. Two groups on the basis of routine treatment, the observation group was administered oraly available Pingchuan Mixture particles, to observe the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than 96.4% for 81.8% in the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P< 0.05). The observation group with wheezing, coughing, wheezing disappearance time and hospitalizationtime were shorter than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of children's asthma, availablePingchuan Mixture particles can obviously improve the clinical symptoms in children with wheezing, coughing, shorten, wheezedisappeared time andhospitalization time, clinical should actively promote.
