摘要
评价 PPH 合并手术治疗痔病的临床疗效。方法：PPH 合并手术治疗53例Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔，其中部分合并肛乳头肥大、肛裂、低位单纯性肛瘘，与同期单纯 PPH 手术50例作比较研究。结果：两组在手术时间、术后疼痛指数、术后并发症、住院时间、住院费用、恢复工作时间方面没有显著性差异。结论：PPH 合并手术可以弥补单纯 PPH 手术的局限性，不但可以拓展其治疗范围，同时还可以获得更好的远期疗效。
Abstract
To evaluate the clinical curative effect of combined operation in PPH for hemorrhoid disease. Methods: 53 cases of hemorrhoids at Ⅱ~Ⅳ degree, partly mixed with anal cryptitis, anal fissure or simple anal fistula of low site, treated by combined operation in PPH, was compared with the other 50 cases treated by pure PPH at the corresponding period. Result: Two groups have no statistical significance in operating time, pain index after operation, complication after operation, hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and time to resume working. Conclusion: Combined operation in PPH can remedy the defect of pure PPH, not only expanding its treatment scope, but also getting better forward curative effect.
