摘要
研究直肠肿瘤手术后感染的危险性因素。方法：对我院2011年-2014年26例结直肠肿瘤术后感染患者进行治疗研究，对手术后并发症的主要原因和类型进行统计分析。结果：本研究发现，在经过治疗之后直肠肿瘤手术并发症的危险性因素主要包括：免疫力低下、手术时间长、腹腔引流、消毒隔离不足、泌尿道插管、糖尿病等，其中以免疫力低下为主。结论：减少术后感染现象，必须要在手术前提高患者免疫力，手术过程中严格按照规程操作，合理使用抗菌药物，减少手术后并发症几率。
Abstract
To study the rectal cancer risk of infection after surgery factor. Methods: The hospital in 2012 and 2013 after 26 cases of colorectal cancer were treated infected patients studied, mainly due to postoperative complications and type of statistical analysis. Results: The study found that, after treatment of rectal cancer risk factors of surgical complications include: immunity, long operation time, peritoneal drainage, inadequate disinfection and isolation, urinary catheter, diabetes, in which immunocompromised based. Conclusion: Reduced postoperative infection phenomenon, we must improve the immune system, the chances of complications after surgery in strict accordance with the operating procedures, the rational use of antimicrobial drugs, reduce surgical patients before surgery.
