摘要
本文从理论上探究不合理用药的作用机制，以探讨处方中的不合理用药问题，并商讨改进措施。发现不合理用药问题有药物剂量偏大、静滴药物存在配伍禁忌、静滴药物的溶媒量不够和不利的药物相互作用。因此，不合理用药问题在处方中普遍存在，医师和药师都必须注重提高自身业务水平，以提高药疗质量。
Abstract
This paper theoreticaly explore the irrational drug mechanism of action, in order to explore the irrational prescription drug problems, and discuss measures to improve the problem of irrational use of drugs found in drug dose is too large, the existence of incompatibility intravenous drugs, intravenous medications. the solvent is not enough and adverse drug interactions and therefore irrational drug problems prevalent in prescription, physicians and pharmacists must focus on improving the level of their business in order to improve the quality of medication.
