硫酸镁联合硝苯地平在治疗妊高症患者中的临床应用效果评价

摘要
探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平在妊高症患者中的应用及疗效。方法：从2010年6月至2012年12月在我院选择80例妊高症孕妇，将她们随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予硫酸镁进行治疗，观察组在此基础上联合应用硝苯地平治疗，观察比较两组妊高症患者的临床疗效以及不良反应的发生情况。结果：观察组患者的总有效率为87.5%，对照组为60.0%，观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗后观察组患者收缩压以及舒张压的降低幅度都大于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为20.0%，对照组为42.5%，观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：硫酸镁联合硝苯地平对于妊高症患者有显著的临床疗效，并且安全性很好。
Abstract
To explore clinical observation of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:Retrospective analysis from June 2010 to November 2012 was conducted in our hospital. Eighty cases of pregnant women diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into two groups. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in patients.Results:The overal response rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group was much lower than patients in the control group,the result is signifant(P < 0.05);the side effects in the observation group happended significantly less than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension has significant efficacy and good safety.
