To explore clinical observation of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods:Retrospective analysis from June 2010 to November 2012 was conducted in our hospital. Eighty cases of pregnant women diagnosed with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into two groups. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in patients.Results:The overal response rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the observation group was much lower than patients in the control group,the result is signifant(P < 0.05);the side effects in the observation group happended significantly less than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions:Magnesium sulfate and nifedipine treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension has significant efficacy and good safety.
