Researching the effect of breathing machine on respiratory failure of patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning
To research and analyze the supporting effect of breathing machine on respiratory failure of patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method:Divided 18 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who were treated in our hospital into experimental group and control group randomly, each group had 9 cases.The experimental group received the ventilation in the rescue process, the control group were given drug therapy in the rescue process .Compared the recovery time between two groups in the rescue.Results:The recovery time of the experimental group were significantly lower than the patients in the control group, there was statisticaly significant (p<0.05).Conclusion: Mechanical ventilation has high salvage value for patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning, the cure rate has been improved a lot.
