摘要
探讨海桐皮汤熏洗在下肢骨折术后肢体远端肿胀治疗中的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的98例下肢骨折术后肢体远端肿胀患者随机分成实验组和对照组，每组49例，实验组采用海桐皮汤熏洗治疗，对照组采用地奥司明治疗。结果：实验组的临床治疗愈显率（79.59%）、总有效率（95.92%）均明显高于对照组（26.53%）、（59.18%），组间比较差异显著有统计学意义（分别χ2=27.6957、18.9904，均 P<0.01）。结论：海桐皮汤熏洗能够有效缓解下肢骨折术后肢体远端肿胀患者的肿胀情况，提升患者术后生活自理能力。
Abstract
To explore the curative effect of erythrina decoction fumigation in treatment of lower limb sweling folowing operation. Methods: 98 patients who got medical treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly, every group had 49 patients, patients in the experimental group were cured with erythrina decoction fumigation, while patients in the control group were treated with diosmin. After the treatment, compare the treatment status of these two groups. Results: Good improvement rate (79.59%) and total effective rate (95.92%) of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (26.53%) (59.18%) (P<0.01). Conclusion: Erythrina decoction fumigation could ease sweling status of lower limb fracture patients folowing operation, meanwhile, it could enhance their self-care ability.
