Amlodipine efficacy of statin atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease
To analyze amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease in clinical effect. Methods: 80 cases in our hospital, hypertension and coronary heart disease, for example, were randomized to the control group were treated with nifedipine GITS, the experimental group received amlodipine atorvastatin calcium treatment, both groups the patients with clinical observation and comparison. Results: The total effective rate is higher than the control group, blood pressure, improve the range and magnitude of lipid improvement than the control group, the differences are significant, statisticaly significant, P <0.05. Conclusion: amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets for the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease, which can effectively control blood pressure and lipid levels, worthy of promotion and popularization.
