探讨总胆固醇(TC)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、胆碱酯酶(ChE)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、甘油三酯(TG)等生化指标与脂肪肝之间的关系。方法:将我院2012-2013年54例脂肪肝患者与54例健康对照者分别作为实验组和对照组,检测所有患者血清中 TC、AST、ALT、ChE、GGT、TG 含量并进行比较。结果:实验组六项指标均有所升高,其中 ChE 和 TG 与对照组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P <0.01),且异常指标中有31例TG 升高,占57.4%,28例 ChE 升高,,21例 GGT 升高,占38.9%,17例 TC 升高,占31.5%,10例 ALT 升高,占18.5%,8例 AST 升高,占14.8%,且实验组TC、AST、ALT、GGT 含量与对照组比较发现,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:血清中 TC、AST 等指标与脂肪肝发生之间具有诊断价值,其中测定血清中 ChE 含量在早期诊断中具有突出的临床意义。
Explore the relationship between biochemical abnormalities and fatty liver
To evaluate the relationship between total cholesterol (TC), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), cholinesterase (ChE),γ-glutamyl transferase (GGT), triglyceride (TG) and other biochemical markers and fatty liver . Methods: 54 cases healthy in our hospital in 2011-2013 and 54 cases of patients with fatty liver were used as the control group and the experimental group , detect TC, AST, ALT, ChE, GGT, TG content and compared. Results: Experimental group six indicators have increased, which ChE and TG significant difference with the control group, a statisticaly significant (P <0.01), and there are 31 cases of abnormal TG index increased 57.4%; 28 cases of ChE increased, 51.8%; 21 cases of elevated GGT, 38.9%; 17 cases of elevated TC, 31.5%; 10 cases of elevated ALT, 18.5%; 8 cases of elevated AST, 14.8%, and the experimental group TC , AST, ALT, GGT levels compared with control group found significant differences, with statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion: The diagnostic value between serum TC, AST and other indicators with fatty liver, which was measured in serum ChE levels of outstanding clinical significance in early diagnosis.
