免疫学在感染性疾病中的临床应用

免疫学是研究生物体对抗原物质免疫应答性及其方法的生物医学科学,在感染性疾病的应用方面取得了很大进展。本文从免疫调控网络、细胞因子及免疫调节剂三个方面进行探讨,其免疫调控网络理论为防治感染性疾病提供了新的视角,利用细胞因子及细胞因子诱生剂激活体内免疫应答机制,可有效抵抗病原体的感染,人工合成及植物性的免疫调节剂应用于临床抗感染也取得了满意疗效。免疫学应用广泛,其发展必将为临床感染性疾病的治疗带来巨大突破,为人类健康带来新的希望。
Immunology is a biomedical science which studies on the immune response to antigenic material of organisms and the method. It has achieved great progress applying in infectious diseases.This article discusses the three aspects of immune regulatory network, cytokines and immunomodulators. The immune regulatory network provides a new perspective of prevention and cure of infectious diseases. Cytokines and cytokine inducer can activate the immune response mechanism in vivo to resist pathogens. Synthetic and vegetable immunomodulators has also achieved satisfactory results for anti-infection in clinical. Immunology are widely used and its development wil bring new hope for human health.
