高压氧辅助治疗高血压脑出血临床的治疗效果观察

摘要
探讨分析高压氧辅助治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2011年7月至2013年7月间在我院进行治疗的54例高血压脑出血患者的临床记录资料。结果：治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为92.59%，高于对照组的70.37%，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。治疗组的血乳糖、血糖水平以及NHISS 评分均明显低于对照组，具有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：高压氧辅助治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用价值。
Abstract
To investigate clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Clinical records of 54 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 were reviewed . Results: After treatment , the total efficiency of The total effective rate of the treatment group (92.59%) was higher than that of control group (70.37%), with a significant difference (P <0.05); The blood lactose, glucose levels and NHISS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group ,with significant differences (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant clinical effect and higher clinical value.
