摘要
观察低温等离子治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析明确诊断为慢性肥厚性鼻炎并行低温等离子消融术治疗的80例患者的临床资料。结果：慢性肥厚性鼻炎治疗80例，痊愈73例，好转7例，无效0例，治愈率91.25%。结论：低温等离子消融术通过利用低温等离子射频的能量，以较低的温度对病变组织进行切除，避免了对正常组织的损伤，且降低了病人的痛苦和缩短康复周期，其临床效果好，值得在临床推广。
Abstract
to observe the clinical effects of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated by low temperature plasma. Methods: retrospective analysis of diagnosis of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis with paralel plasma ablation in treatment of 80 patients with clinical data. Results: The treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis 80 cases, 73 cases cured, improved in 7 cases, 0 cases, the cure rate is 91.25%. Conclusion: The low-temperature plasma ablation by using radiofrequency energy to the lower temperature of the diseased tissue removed, avoiding normal tissue damage, and reduce pain and shorten the recovery period the patient, good clinical results, it is worth in clinical practice.
