To explore the affect of artificial rupture on labour. Methods:Retrospectively,289women admittde from 2013.1 ~ 6 in our hospital were divided into three groups:aceeleration phase,maximum acceleration phase and deceleration phase(A、B、C group) according to the timing of artificial repupture. Results: The active phase time was 2.46±1.36h(A),2.88±1.63h(B) and 2.21±1.56h(C), and the total duration of eabour was9.39±2.92h(A),9.07±2.04h(B) and 7.66±2.63h(C). There were no differences in active phase, the later the reputure, the shoter the total labour time is. Conclusions;Routine reputuring in active phase dose not affect the labour when there is no indication, just wait natural reputuring.
