摘要
分析心理护理对ICU护理质量的效果和作用。方法：选取我院收治的80例ICU重症患者为例，随机分组，对照组患者实施常规护理，实验组患者在对照组的基础上增加心理护理，观察和比较两组患者的干预效果。结果：实验组患者的SAS分值以及SDS分值改善幅度相比对照组更大，满意度相比对照组更高，差异明显，有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：采用增加心理护理对ICU重症患者进行干预，能够有效改善患者的心理状况，对患者预后具有积极作用。
Abstract
To analyze the psychological effects and the role of ICU nursing care quality. Methods: 80 cases in our hospital ICU patients with severe, for example, were randomized to usual care for patients with the control group, the experimental group increased psychological care of patients in the control group on the basis of observation and intervention comparing two groups of patients. Results: The scores of patients with SAS and SDS scores greater improvement compared to the magnitude of the control group, higher satisfaction compared to the control group, differences are significant, statistical y significant, P <0.05. Conclusion: Patients with severe psychological care for ICU intervention can improve the psychological status of patients, the prognosis for patients with a positive effect.
