摘要
本文通过大量阑尾手术资料的分析并对200例急性阑尾炎采取早诊断及时手术，采取充分做好术前准备、正确选择麻醉、选择合理的切口、术中严格执行无菌操作、手术前后合理应用抗生素、合理运用引流条等措施，通过对切口的观察，阐述了预防阑尾手术后切口感染的措施。
Abstract
Through the analysis of a large amount of clinical data of appendectomy and comparing of 200cases with emergency appendicitis we found some effective measurements of preventing the cut infections after appendectomy. It is very important to complete the folowing procedures: the early diagnosis to the emergent appendicitis patients, performing the surgery immediately, completely preparation before the surgery, choosing correct anesthesia, choosing the reasonable cuts, strictly asepsis performance, correct usage of antibiotics before and after the surgery, and the correct utility of drainage tubes.
