To explore the clinical emergency treatment measures for patients with respiratory failure caused by acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method:Divided 60 acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 into A and B group,each group had 30 cases.Treatment of the two groups included oxygen, infusion, antibiotics and other conventional make it as much as possible to achieve atropinization, group A was given ventilator,while group B only received conventional therapy. Compared two groups’ value of blood gas before and after the treatment. Results: B group’s PaO2, PaCO2 and pH value of the improvement were more obvious than A group, the two groups was statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The increase of ventilator in the treatment of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning can get better effect, effectively relieve respiratory failure, it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
