目的：研究PI3K在大肠癌癌变过程中的表达及临床意义。方法：选取72例大肠癌组织和癌旁组织，应用RT-PCR法，对PI3K在大肠癌中的基因水平进行检测。结果：新鲜的大肠癌癌组织中的P I K3R1基因表达量显著高于癌旁正常黏膜组织中的表达量，具有统计学意义（t=-2.75，P<0.05）。结论：P I3K在大肠癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
Expression and significance of PI3K in the progression of colorectal cancer
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of PI3K in the progression of colorectal cancer. Methods The gene level of PI3K was detected in 72 pairs colorectal carcinoma and the corresponding control tissue samples using RT-PCR. Results The expression levels of genes PIK3R1 in colorectal carcinoma were obviously higher than that of in the normal colorectal tissue, with statistical significance(t=-2.75,P<0.05). Conclusion PI3K plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
