摘要
目的：通过实施手术室敷料集中消毒供应中心一体化管理，提高消毒供应中心工作效率，达到资源共享，确保手术室的工作需求，使得手术室护士更加专心的投入于手术中，有效的降低了医院感染的机会。方法可复性手术敷料集中采取消毒供应中心接收、检查、包装、灭菌、下送。结果手术敷料包的质量及标准得到了保证，手术室的使用需要得到了保障，提高了消毒供应中心工作效率，节省了能源资源，更能体现专业化。结论手术室敷料集中消毒供应中心一体化管理提高了工作效率，保证了手术室需要，降低了感染风险。
