to analysis the shel of ice method in patients with multiple organ dysfunction after clinical nursing measures. Methods: by retrospective analysis, the selection in October 2011 to October 2013, our hospital during the period of surgery complicated with multiple organ dysfunction in patients with clinical data of 42 cases, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 20 patients with control group receiving routine clinical nursing; 22 patients with observation group, and accept what is first aid for nursing. Compare the survival rate of two groups of patients. Results: the survival rate was 45%, control group patients of observation group of patients survival rate was 86.4%, the survival rate of two groups of patients compared differences statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the surgical postoperative patients complicated with multiple organ dysfunction, clinical first aid for targeted, can let the life safety of patients get better assurance, improve survival rates.
