Objective to investigate the curative effect observation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of uric acid nephropathy. methods We wil be on June 6, 1993 - December 2013 diagnosed with uric acid nephropathy 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group, control group. Treatment group: the kidney and spleen and detoxification and turbidity. Control group: the oral don't Piao alcohol 100 mg/d, probenecid 200 mg/d. Results the two groups after treatment compared to the total effective rate, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05). The two groups after treatment: check the 24 h urine protein quantitative decreased (P < 0.05), blood uric acid decreased (P > 0.05), but the treatment group decreased more significantly, compared with the control group was statisticaly significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion uric acid nephropathy treatment is very difficult, using of Chinese and western medicine combined with kidney and spleen, detoxification, turbidity, than don't drift with alcohol, probenecid good curative effect, and side effects, no obvious rebound phenomenon, have prevent kidney sclerosis, renal atrophy, prevent kidney failure, protect the renal function.
