摘要
目的：讨论及分析优质护理服务在神经内科护理中的效果。方法：通过回顾性分析的方法，将我院神经内科2012年2月至2013年2月之间的200例患者作为研究对象，将200例患者分为对照组和实验组两组，即普通护理组和优质护理服务组，从而对比患者的治疗情况。结果：通过统计和分析，发现两组数据有显著差异，优质护理服务有利于神经内科患者的恢复；有利于消除在治疗过程中产生的郁闷、焦虑、易怒的不良情绪反应；提高患者对治疗的满意度。结论：优质护理具有较大的临床价值，有益于神经内科患者的恢复，有益于患者与医务人员更好地沟通，缓解医患关系，促进医疗事业的发展。
Abstract
To discuss and analyze the effect of quality care in neurology nursing. Methods: Methods A retrospective analysis of the neurology hospital 200 patients from February 2012 to February 2013 as the research object between, 200 patients were divided into two groups of control and experimental groups, namely ordinary care groups and quality care groups, thereby treating contrast to the situation of the patient. Results: statistics and analysis, we found a significant difference between two groups of data, quality care in favor of the patient's neurological recovery; help eliminate depressed generated in the course of treatment, anxiety, irritability adverse emotional reactions; improve patient treatment satisfaction. Conclusion: quality care with greater clinical value, benefit patients with neurological recovery benefit patients and medical staff to communicate better, to ease the doctor-patient relationship, to promote the development of the medical industry.
