医院文化是一个医院在发展过程中形成的以医院精神和管理理念为核心,凝聚医院各级管理者和员工归属感、积极性、创造性的人本管理理论,是医院的灵魂和精神支柱。分析当前医院文化建设中存在的问题,并提出加强医院文化建设的新途径,打造医院的核心竞争力,是当前医院管理着面临的重要课题。
