摘要
目的：探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检联合细胞学在肺部占位中的临床价值。方法对104例肺部占位病变患者行CT引导肺部穿刺活检同时进行细胞学检查。结果104例患者穿刺成功率为98.1%，活检组织学准确率为89.4%，细胞学准确率为85.6%，二者联合准确率为98.1%，与前两者分别进行比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检联合细胞学检查是一种安全、准确率高的定性诊断方法。
Abstract
Objective Under the evaluation of percutaneous CT-guided needle lung biopsy histology joint cytology in the diagnostic value of pulmonary occupying lesions. Method 104 patients underwent pulmonary occupying lesions performed percutaneous CT-guided lung biopsy cytology simultaneously. Result 104 patients puncture success rate of 98.1%. Histologicaly accuracy of 89.4%, cytology accuracy of 85.6%, Both combined accuracy of 98.1% With the former two, respectively, the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous needle biopsy is a safe and High accuracy of diagnosis methods.
