objective to adopt to analyze curative effect of 68 cases of hip arthroplasty patients. methods According to the different disease patients can be divided into old fracture, fresh fractures, osteoarthritis, avascular necrosis and femoral neck tumor five categories. Using artificial hip replacement, Harris score comparison and complication rates of statistics. Results patients postoperative Harris score five group were higher than preoperative. Compared with differences (P < 0.05). Fresh fracture incidence of complications was 23.53%, the old fracture was 26.67%, femoral head necrosis was 20.00%, osteoarthritis (27.27%), tumor was 30.00%. Conclusion hip arthroplasty for fracture, osteoarthritis, avascular necrosis and femoral neck tumor joint disease can have very good curative effect, worth clinical promotion.
