To investigate three different surgical methods for treating uterine fibroids and efficacy. Methods. An analysis of the clinical data of 75 patients with uterine fibroids treated in recent years, in which the control group was a group of 25 cases of uterine fibroids open cystectomy, the experimental group of 50 patients in group b and c are further divided into 25 cases in each group . b group vaginal uterine fibroids cystectomy. c group laparoscopic cystectomy uterine fibroids. Clinical folow-up indicators in February compared three groups of patients with operative time, blood loss, flatus, days of hospitalization, surgery costs, the results of the three groups, the experimental group after treatment, operative time, blood loss, flatus , the number of days of hospitalization, surgery costs and other clinical indicators are better than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). conclusion, the use of vaginal or laparoscopic myomectomy treatment of uterine fibroids, has a smal surgical trauma surgery less bleeding, faster recovery, significant clinical effect, etc.
