摘要
目的：总结主动脉夹层介入治疗围手术的护理体会。方法：对35例主动脉夹层患者术前的护理重点是血压，心理护理等；术中的护理及术后的护理仍以血压为主并注意病人的意识，下肢肌力血流情况及尿量等及时发现并发症。结果：35例病人进行此手术有效率为100%。结论：上述护理措施对确保该类患者介入治疗的效果发挥了重要作用。
Abstract
Objective Summarize the perioperative nursing experience of interventional treatment of aortic dissection.. Methods 35 cases of aortic dissection patients with preoperative nursing focus on blood pressure and psychological nursing, Perioperative nursing and postoperative nursing in stil is given priority to with blood pressure and pay attention to the patient's consciousness, Lower limb muscle strength in complication such as blood and urine. Result 35 patients for this surgery was 100% effective. Conclusion The nursing measures to ensure that the class of interventional therapy in patients play an important role.
