Comparison of fiber bronchoscope guided nasal and Laryngoscopic orotracheal Intubation mechanical ventilation in treatment of COPD with respiratory failure
Objective:Research guided by fiber bronchoscope through the nose and contrast laryngoscopeafter treatment effect in patients with orotracheal intubation in respiratory failure of COPD observation. Methods:40 cases with respiratory failure were divided randomly into group nasotracheal(20 cases),group mouth intubati(20 cases).Group nasotracheal WaS treated witl nasotracbeal intubati.Group mouth intubati was treated with mouth intubation. The clinical features such as blood gas, placing tube time, nasosinusitis infection, oral care time, sputum, extubation success rate, occurrence rate of accidental extubation were observed and compared in the two groups. Results:There were no significantly of the change of blood gas before and after the treatment between two groupk. There were no significantly of the case of nasosinusitis and placing tube time extubation success rat,.but there were significantly of the tracheal cannula keeping time and the depuratory of mouth cavity.Condusion:Patients of respiratory failure with COPD implementation of nasotracheal intubationand mechanical ventilation treatment. Compared with oral tracheal intubation, which has certain effect, can prolong indweling time, shorten the time of oral care, effectively prevent oral infection, so that patients feel comfortable, to prevent accidental extubation, .It is efficient and safe and worthy of being recommended for use in clinical practice.
