Objective to explore the clinical effect of the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of IgA nephropathy. methods We wil 60 patients diagnosed IgA nephropathy were divided into treatment group and control group, respectively, from the perspective of the theory of TCM and western medicine theory to investigate the causes of recurrent repeatedly IgA nephropathy, and clinical folow-up of IgA nephropathy, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine, dialectical treatment curative effect observation. Results comparing the two groups, the treatment group was higher than 20% in the control group, treatment group was shorter treatment time, high curative effect, and the long-term curative effect is good. Conclusion the treatment group USES the kidney and spleen of TCM, invigorate the circulation of the pharynx, curative effect was better than control group, especialy the long-term curative effect is good, improve remains to be further promotion.
