Clinical observation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease Shuli Song joint tiotropium therapy
Objective: To investigate Shuli Song combined therapy with tiotropium in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: The hospital diagnosed patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, 87 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group (given Shuli Song joint tiotropium therapy) 42 cases and the control group (given tiotropium therapy) 45 cases. Al patients were treated for 12 weeks law, comparing the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment law, effective treatment of patients in the observation group was 95.24%, the control group was 77.78% in the observation group was significantly higher efficiency, the difference was statisticaly significant (P <0.05). Two patients had no significant adverse reactions occur. Conclusion: Shuli Song tiotropium combined clinical efficacy of treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significantly better than treatment with tiotropium alone is worthy of promotion and application.
