Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with pulmonary complications clinical features and treatment experience
Objective: To investigate 180 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection pulmonary complications of clinical features and treatment experience. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 267 cases of MP infection in children in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were treated after admission to 267 cases of children with macrolide therapy and pulmonary complications for merger 180 patients were given symptomatic treatment. Observe the clinical features and treatment of complications experience. Results: Al 267 cases of patients were cured and discharged, hospital stay (17.3 ± 5.6) days, the test results were normal prior to discharge. 180 cases of children with pulmonary complications in 71 cases (39.44%) children with digestive symptoms, 53 cases (29.44%) children with cardiovascular symptoms, 56 cases (31.11%) children with urinary symptoms , 15 cases (8.33%) children with neurological symptoms, 26 cases (14.44%) children with effusion, 5 cases (2.78%) occurred in children with alergic purpura. Conclusion: For children with MP pneumonia, mainly given macrolide antibiotic therapy, but the MP extrapulmonary infection complications, should be given adequate attention, timely symptomatic treatment.
