摘要
目的：探讨干燥箱直接烘干法测定生活饮用水中溶解性总固体的应用。方法：用水浴蒸干法和干燥箱干燥法两种方法测定生活饮用水中溶解性总固体的含量，并进行比较。结果：干燥箱直接烘干法测定的数据大多数低于水浴蒸干法，两种方法作配对t检验，所得结果差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05)。结论：干燥箱直接烘干法操作简便，干扰因素少，可用于大批样品的测定，值得推广。
Abstract
objective: to study the direct drying oven drying method was developed for the determination of total soluble solids in drinking water. Methods: using water bath to dry method and drying oven drying method two kinds of methods determination of total soluble solid content in drinking water, and the comparison. Results: the data are drying oven drying method directly below the water bath to dry method, two methods for matching test, significant differences between the results (P < 0.05). Conclusion: drying box direct drying method is simple, less interference factors, can be used for the determination of a large number of samples.is worth promoting.
