Purpose To investigate the clinical efficacy and significance of drug-eluting stent implantation for the treatment of coronary heart disease in law-making.Methods Our hospital 80 cases of early-onset coronary heart disease patients as research subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group for patients with conventional bare metal stents, drug-eluting observation group for patients with stenting, and compare the two groups of patients with stents, treatment and prognosis. Results Stent length of the observation group were significantly longer than the control group, P <0.05. Angina patients observed after treatment, restenosis, such as the incidence of repeat revascularization was significantly lower than the control group, P <0.05.Conclusion Drug-eluting stent implantation in the treatment of coronary heart disease in recent law-making long-term prognosis is ideal, and rare adverse cardiac events.
