Objective to discuss the ultrasonic image characteristics and breast tumor pathological diagnosis, the relationship between to ultrasonic value of qualitative diagnosis of breast lumps.Methods from January 2009 to January 2009 between the ultrasonic image characteristics of 72 patients with breast lumps and pathological results were retrospectively analyzed. Results of 72 cases of patients, preoperative ultrasound diagnosis of benign lesions 29 cases, postoperative pathology confirmed benign lesions in 35 cases, ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate 82.9%.Preoperative ultrasound diagnosis of 43 cases of malignant change, postoperative pathology confirmed benign lesions 40 cases, ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate 93%.Conclusions the sonographic manifestations in breast benign tumor morphological rules, clear boundary, internal echo such as moderate to low or, echo is relatively homogeneous, the rear is not associated with acoustic shadow, its rare calcification;No or less blood flow inside of a CDFI, characterized by low speed continuous flow, average flow velocity is less than 13 cm/s.Malignancies characterized by irregular shape, fuzzy boundaries, the burr, the crab foot "or lobulated change, no envelope or incomplete capsule, internal is obviously low echo and echo heterogeneity, see more stripe, dot, and clusters of calcification, rear attenuation is obvious;Of a CDFI wear heart blood flow, its common expression is pulsating blood flow, velocity is greater than 25 cm/s, the shape of the breast tumor ultrasound images, edge, internal echo and blood flow of benign and malignant breast tumor identification has important reference value.
