摘要
目的：分析单切口双钢板固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2013年1月～2014年1月在我院行单切口双钢板固定治疗的29例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料。结果29例患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合，无并发症发生。所有患者均获随访12～24个月，平均18个月，按照Hohl评分标准：优19例、良7例、可2例、差1例，优良率为89.7%。结论单切口双钢板固定治疗胫骨平台骨折复位满意、固定牢靠且并发症少，术后早期行膝关节功能锻炼可最大程度上恢复关节功能，对改善患者生活质量具有重要临床意义。
Abstract
Objective Analysis of single incision double plate fixation clinical curative effect for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis from January 2013 to January 2013 in our hospital single incision double plate fixation treatment of the clinical data of 29 patients with fracture of tibial plateau.Result The incision of 29 cases were healed, No complication occurred. Al patients were folowed up for 12 ~ 24 months, average 18 months, according to Hohl grading: Excelent in 19 cases, good in 7 cases, 2 cases and poor in 1 cases, the excelent and good rate was 89.7%. Conclusion Single incision double plate fixation for fracture of tibial plateau were satisfied, fixation and less complication, early postoperative lines of knee joint function exercise can maximum knee function recovery, to improve the patients quality of life has important clinical significance.
