摘要
目的：观察西医治疗慢性肾炎及中西医集合疗法的临床疗效。方法：取我院2011年-2012年100例慢性肾炎患者进行治疗，并随机分成观察组和对照组，每组50例，观察组患者单纯使用西药治疗，对照组在使用西药治疗基础上进行中药治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗后，其总有效率达88%，对照组治疗总有效率达62%，观察组明显高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组各项指标功能均明显高于对照组患者，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎具有明显效果，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective: To observe the Western treatment of chronic nephritis, and clinical efficacy of TCM therapies colection. Methods: Hospital 2011 -2012 100 cases of chronic nephritis patients were treated and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group, the observation group were simply using western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine in the control group, based on the use of western medicine treatment, compared to treatment groups of patients. Results: The patients in the observation group, the total effective rate of 88% in the control group total effective rate was 62% in the observation group was significantly higher compared with a statisticaly significant difference between groups (P <0.05); addition, the observation group were significantly higher in patients with functional indicators, the difference between groups was statisticaly significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:The combination therapy of chronic nephritis has obvious effect, should be widely applied.
