摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除手术的护理体会。方法：选取我科收治的阑尾手术的患者76例进行分析研究，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组患者实施有效的整体护理干预措施，比较两组患者的术后并发症以及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者实施有效的整体护理干预措施后患者术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组，而患者满意度明显优于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论：对于腹腔镜阑尾切除手术患者实施整体护理干预措施能够明显的提高临床治疗效果，减少术后并发症的发生，并且提高患者满意度。
Abstract
To explore the nursing experience of laparoscopic appendectomyoperation. Methods: 76 cases of patients were chosen in our hospital from appendixoperation were analyzed, and were randomly divided into control group andobservation group, the control group with routine nursing measures, to observe the implementation of the overal effective intervention group patients, compared two groups of patients with postoperative complications and patient satisfaction. Results: the implementation of the overal effective intervention group patients the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group, and the patients satisfaction was significantly better than the control group, by comparison with significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the laparoscopic appendectomy operation in patients with the implementation of holistic nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce the postoperative complications, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
