Esomeprazole Clinical efficacy of respiratory failure in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding
Objective: To explore the curative effect of Esomeprazole in treating gastrointestinal hemorrhage complicated with respiratory failure. Mthods: 100 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage complicated with respiratory failure were divided randomly into the intervention group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases). the intervention group was treated with Esomeprazole and the control group was treated with cimetidine. Results: The total effective rate of the investigation group (96.43%) was better than that of the control group(64.82%), and there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). Conclusion: Esomeprazole is effective in treating gastrointestinal hemorrhage complicated with respiratory failure with fewer side effects.
