Immunization therapy in patients with early to explore traditional Chinese medicine treatment efficacy habitual abortion
Objective: To explore the early habitual abortion patients with clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of immune therapies basis. Methods: 2011 randomly selected hospital admitted 2013 patients with early recurrent miscarriage and 80 cases were divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received conventional immunotherapy simple observation group patients with drug therapy in TCM immunotherapy basis. Comparative effects of two groups of patients in clinical treatment and perinatal outcome. Results: The clinical observation of the patient group, the total effective rate was 92.5%, compared to the control group and 70.0% in patients with more advantages, compared to the presence of statisticaly significant (P <0.05); probabilty of occurrence of birth defects two children there is no statistical comparison significance (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Patients with recurrent miscarriage early in the conventional immunotherapy based on the TCM treatment, able to receive outstanding clinical outcomes and can effectively control the probability of occurrence of birth defects children, to a great extent improved maternal and perinatal health and quality of life, worthy of promotion.
