Clinical study on the effect of emergency care path on efficiency and prognosis of carbon monoxide poisoning patients
Objective: To study the effect of emergency care path on efficiency and prognosis of carbon monoxide poisoning patients. Methods: carbon monoxide poisoning patients in emergency courtyard of our hospital were enroled and divided into observation group given nursing accrording to emergency care path and control group given routine nursing. Then rescue efficiency, heart function, nerve function of two groups were compared. Results: time from hospitalization to high flow oxygen, myocardium and neuroprotective treatment of observation group were shorter than control group; left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular ejection fraction and Barthel index of observation group were higher than control group. Conclusion: emergency care path is an ideal nursing method in carbon monoxide poisoning patients for it can improve emergency efficiency, cardiac function and neural function.
