to explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy in GanDanYi spleen. Methods: randomly selected from November 2011 to November 2012 surgery in our hospital 123 cases of patients, the patients with laparoscopic surgery on GanDanYi spleen. Among them, there are 34 patients under laparoscopic liver resection surgery, 43 cases of the stones in laparoscopic common bile duct incision surgery, there are four patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreatic surgery, surgery 42 patients with laparoscopic splenectomy. Results: 113 cases of patients with the whole process of laparoscopic surgery, there are 3 patients is the auxiliary del laparoscopic surgery, 7 cases of gasless laparoscopic surgery. Al the results are successful. Conclusion: as long as the skiled, security work to do, laparoscopic surgery can achieve good effect in the field of surgery.
