摘要
对我县上报发生的使用注射用亚胺培南-西司他丁钠出现1例中枢神经系统（C N S）不良反应进行分析。提示医务工作者在使用注射用亚胺培南-西司他丁钠药物的时候不仅要掌握适应症，而且要特别注意药物的用量、患者肾功能监测及用药期间患者的反应等情况，以减少药物不良反应的发生。
Abstract
to my county reported occurring using injectable imipenem cilastatin sodiumin 1 cases of central nervous system (CNS) to analyse adverse reactions. Promptmedical workers in the use of imipenem cilastatin sodium drug time should not onlymaster the indications of injection, and special attention should be paid to the dosage of the drug, kidney function during the monitoring and medication of patients were, in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reaction.
