objective: to study the children transfusion room the causes and countermeasures of nursing disputes. Methods: 60 cases of transfusion children to carry on the different nursing, and to discuss countermeasures. Results: 2 group dispute was notably less than 1 group (p<0.05). Conclusion: service attitude, professional and technical is given priority to, so to improve their own quality to reduce disputes.
