摘要
目的：探讨辛伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合应用于治疗慢性心衰（CHF）的疗效优势。方法将76例CHF患者分为对照组和观察组，各38例，对照组给予抗心力衰竭常规治疗，治疗组在上述基础上+辛伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合治疗，比较两组治疗前后心功能情况。结果观察组心功能治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）结论辛伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合应用于CHF的治疗，能够改善患者心功能，值得临床推广。
Abstract
objective to investigate the simvastatin associated with trimetazidine is applied to the curative effect of treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 76 patients with CHF were divided into control group and observation group, al the 38 cases, control group given routine therapy heart failure, treatment group on the basis of the above plus simvastatin associated with trimetazidine treatment, compared two groups of cardiac function before and after the treatment. Results and cardiac function in treatment of total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group (P < 0.05) conclusion simvastatin and trimetazidine joint used in the treatment of CHF, patients can improve heart function, worth clinical promotion.
